Its Johns Birthday this upcoming week so why don't you drop into the Gallery and say hello to him. At the same time you can have a look at all of the new art that he has on the walls.
John has been very busy putting paint to canvas and has lots of new artwork to sell. Grab the family and plan a day of it out at Silverton, buy some art, eat at the CAFE and then have Squash at the Silverton Pub. Its a great way to spend a day.

John had an old style Silverton cookup the other day, long the creek, with camp ovens, bonfire, beer, coal cooked spuds, wine and good company.
It was the sort of evening that people living in the city rarely get to experience. Good company and great food in an outbck setting that is usually only seen in the movies or in one of Johns paintings.
As they were sitting under the gumtrees talking about the events of the day John decided that he really should add this scene to his collection of paintings. Keep an eye out for his upcoming paintings of bonfires and camp scenes.
